Justin Dealy has been appointed Chief Compliance & Operations Officer at Accelerated Wealth Advisors, LLC (AWA), succeeding Melissa Starr. AWA is a wealth strategy firm providing financial planning, and risk-controlled investment and tax strategies to help clients achieve their long-term goals.

Dealy earned his master’s degree in Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Colorado. Before joining AWA, Justin worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, T. Rowe Price, Integrity Wealth Group and Trellis Software. Away from the office, Justin spends every spare moment he can with his wonderful three-year-old daughter.
