After successfully completing its business combination with Pono Capital in September, SBC Medical Group (NASDAQ: SBC) has been trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “SBC”, marking a key moment in its transition as a global company The listing on the Nasdaq is expected to provide SBC Medical with access to capital while bolstering its partnership opportunities and paving the way for an expansion in the U.S. and South Asian markets.

SBC Medical’s Financial Performance
In H1 2024, SBC Medical reported revenue of $107.9 million, an increase of 28.6% compared to $83.9 million in the first half of 2023.
SBC Medical more than doubled its net income to $37.2 million from $16.6 million in H1 2023.
